It has been investigated for its cytotoxic activity in various cell lines, including AGS, MCF7, SW742, SKLC6, A375, PLC/PRF/5, HT29, and HepG2. However, no study has been conducted on any cell line related to kidney cancer. In this study, the cytotoxic activities of the extracts prepared from the root and aerial parts of the plant with dichloromethane, ethyl acetate, and methanol were investigated against A498 and UO31 kidney cancer cell lines. The highest activity was observed in the dichloromethane extract of the aerial parts of the plant on both cancer cell lines. The dichloromethane extract of the aerial parts showed 63% inhibition on the A498 cell line and 56% inhibition on the UO31 cell line at a concentration of 25 ?g/mL. The results we have obtained have been of a quality that will lead to new research in this context. Keywords : cytotoxic activity, Achillea arabica, renal cancer
